About the Firm

A practice built to give, to store, and to last.

We exist so families and operators can keep a storehouse they can actually use. The firm is a team — not a personality, and not a seminar.

Operators first. Then a firm, because people asked.

Unbridled started as companies that needed a place to keep capital — and a way to use it without emptying the storehouse. The advisory firm came later, when people wanted the same design for their own families and businesses.

We believe the banking concept is true. We refuse to use it as a gimmick. A poorly designed policy sold under a famous phrase is still a poorly designed policy. Design and use are everything.

That conviction is the spine of The Unbridled Asset — the book our managing partner is writing. An and asset, not an or asset. The contract has to match the life.

20 / 20 / 60

Stan Bullis put this in the 2001 business plan while he was reading Genesis 41. Joseph stored one-fifth in the years of plenty. Unbridled still does.

20%

Give

First fruits to charity through Unbridled Acts. The motto is loving people to life.

20%

Store

The storehouse. Reserved capital — the reason these policies exist for the companies, and the reason we design them for clients.

60%

Build

To the people who own the work. A company that can hire, last, and stay accountable.

Three Standards.

These decide how we design, how we serve, and who we hire.

Give First

Unbridled Acts comes before the firm. A storehouse is a practice, not a balance-sheet number.

An And Asset

You should not have to postpone a life so the money can “work.” Design it so it can work and still be used.

A Team That Stays

Advisors for the design. An internal team for the years after. Nobody should be waiting on a single calendar.

Commission Transparency

You can ask what we make. We will tell you.

Design and compensation are the same conversation. A contract built for your cash value pays us less up front than a contract built for ours. If an advisor will not discuss that, they are not us.

A team you live with after the policy is in force.

Advisors sit behind the conversation. These are the people who keep the practice moving when a single calendar cannot.
